As ffive stated in his post, vanilla/encouraged Holly routes start with going together to the book fair. If you do not go there or stop during the event, Holly thinks you are not interested in her.
You can later still get the Holly/Lena/Ian throuple path and you can get the slut Holly love path late in the current version. (Going by what I heard from our residential game code sniffers, there is a love route for Ian/slut Holly you can follow now.) This is a great development, getting a really wild Holly away from the corruptive influence of Ivy and parents. I am also looking foward to see if there is some event convergence of wild Holly path with the encouraged Holly path.

For sure, one of my favourite games is also my first---True Love by JAST. Hard to play on modern equipment though.

I've generally played good girl Holly version, where Ian cheats on her with Cherry and Emma (for the anal sex). But if there is a way to eventually get Holly to have anal in her good girl version, a new way to play for her may be unleashed.

There's actually an enhanced RenPy port made a few years ago, that should be probably playable on modern hardware. It used to be something you'd enable throug Steam settings, not sure if that's since changed.

I've tried the web browser version, but it does often freeze, especially when choosing to do calendar events at the beginning of the day.
I think the best way to play it on modern machines is through DosBox, but even that has issues.

I think what you want will some day be part of the slut and encouraged Holly paths. I think you should play an encouraged Holly playthrough to se if you like it. It is still good, super-nice Holly but Ian, Lena and Ivy can encourage her to become bolder. Not on the level of wild Holly, but there is a feelable difference to "just good" Holly already there. and you have options how far you go.
Still, wild Holly love path might be a very interesting alternate path you can take.

This is probably the dumbest take on this thread thus far.
I've played the slut Holly path a few times now. I'm glad that she does sleep with Ian, but I wish there had been more opportunities for Ian to sleep with her up till now. But alas, we shall see whenever this actual update does happen.
It is pretty clear that even on the slut path Holly wants a chance to be with Ian, their dialog is quite telling. and yes, it would have been great to get with wild Holly earlier, but I think this was done to keep it seperate from the encouraged Holly path. If you want to as an Ian player, you with Lena and Ivy´s help, can encourage Holly to become a bolder version of herself. She is partly on the same way as slut Holly, but a difference between the two is very clear during the evening part of ch.14. Both vanilla and encouraged Holly are grounded(!) that evening, while slut Holly finally had enough and fled her home.
In both cases, if other circumstances, Ian contemplates living togaether with Holly in the future.
