There's actually an enhanced RenPy port made a few years ago, that should be probably playable on modern hardware. It used to be something you'd enable throug Steam settings, not sure if that's since changed.
I've tried the web browser version, but it does often freeze, especially when choosing to do calendar events at the beginning of the day.
I think what you want will some day be part of the slut and encouraged Holly paths. I think you should play an encouraged Holly playthrough to se if you like it. It is still good, super-nice Holly but Ian, Lena and Ivy can encourage her to become bolder. Not on the level of wild Holly, but there is a feelable difference to "just good" Holly already there. and you have options how far you go.

I've played the slut Holly path a few times now. I'm glad that she does sleep with Ian, but I wish there had been more opportunities for Ian to sleep with her up till now. But alas, we shall see whenever this actual update does happen.
It is pretty clear that even on the slut path Holly wants a chance to be with Ian, their dialog is quite telling. and yes, it would have been great to get with wild Holly earlier, but I think this was done to keep it seperate from the encouraged Holly path. If you want to as an Ian player, you with Lena and Ivy´s help, can encourage Holly to become a bolder version of herself. She is partly on the same way as slut Holly, but a difference between the two is very clear during the evening part of ch.14. Both vanilla and encouraged Holly are grounded(!) that evening, while slut Holly finally had enough and fled her home.

PilotLara, a user on this forum, is typically in charge of programming the gallery for EK. Typically though, EK will just ship an update regardless of where Lara might be on the gallery and the gallery will get finished in a later update. Things might have changed though. Last time Lara made a post about the "game dev" side of things she talked about how they were going to change their version numbers for release, but didn't really go into much further detail than that.
She just checked at Discord if the fanboys were angry or not. And then she saw that it was pretty harmless, so she can delay the update again until next month...
In fact, this is entirely expected and logical, as releasing an update at the end of the month, just days before their subscription expires, isn't profitable for devs. It's more profitable to wait until the beginning of the next month to secure more subscription renewals. This is a rough example, but it's realistic
