Don't get me wrong, being able to fuck either Alison or Louise is nice and the models are attractive but do people genuinely find romancing Louise or Alison a nice outcome for MC?
They're genuinely insufferable. Like truly unfuckingbearable.
Louise is a pain in the ass, she was a pain in the ass when I only had to deal with her with Lena, she was a pain in the ass during sexting and a pain in the ass after the Ian/Louise hookup. I don't see a world where her pathological jealousy is seen as endearing or appealing. She made me side with Stan for fucks' sake.
Alison is mainly annoying. The "nuh uh, wear a condom" spam gets very old very quickly, especially with her "cum in me but not for real its just a kink bro" which is bordering on manipulative. The "if you don't fuck me your best friend will" dating strat is insufferable. IIRC she calls you when getting spitroasted even when you refuse Jeremy's voyeur path. That's... Not appealing.

Louise would be appealing if she wanted retarded when it came to romance. Ian plows her and all of a sudden that equals they are dating? Girl needs to be sent to a medical stint and get her head checked.
Alison... ugh. She hooks up with Jeremy then goes on the whole 'I'm waiting for that SOMEONE' mantra... Like girl, take a hint. I'm not interested. Normally, her breeding kink would have a massive appeal for me. In this case however, not so much. Allison is only annoying with the "wear a condom" if you don't take it at the face value of her being cautious. It's been proven with Jeremy, an Ian that doesn't listen to her, and can probably be assumed Milo as well, that men cannot be trusted and it's not the men that face the consequences of carrying a child. The "cum in me" thing is only relevant if you don't wear the condoms and cum in her. Repeatedly.
There is a problem with a lot of fans on this forum, that one route defines a character on all their routes. Allison is one with condom / entrapment talk. Seymour is another. He only becomes a "simp" (which this storyline has still not progressed and can go still go in a dark path by the way) if Lena fully submits to him. In all other paths Seymour is still an antagonist to Lena, Ian, and the majority of the rest of the cast. He is still that looming threat he was setup to be. He can still be that on his supposed simp route, for all we know that can be further manipulation by him. It isn't he that holds Lena's hand, it her that holds his.
Allison can only blame herself. I would’ve generously banged her if she didn’t bring Cherry -the far superior choice- with her at the bar. What did she expect lol ? Then she automatically goes to Jeremy and lets him film (??). That’s not attractive…

Yeah I kinda felt Eva wanted to squeeze in a Louise hookup badly and so she had to speedrun her relationship path with Ian. I get it, clingy can be sweet for certain guys cuz they feel desired but... There's clingy and there's weird.
As for Alison, I said what I said. She's annoying.

I will find "wear a condom" spam annoying even at face value because the character, by design, alternates between caution and a dangerously intense 'kink'.
When you fuck her raw first time but pull out, Alison makes you wear condoms repeatedly afterward still and Ian's de facto reaction is to find it annoying or bothersome. Let me repeat: The MC's default reaction, NOT MINE, is annoyance. When you're playing Chad Ian and accept her request, you lose Chad points. Just like the athletic variable, the Chad variable is purely a positive one as it basically only unlocks positive options without any drawback and you lose points accepting Alison's demands.
So nah, Alison is annoying by design. And boy did Eva do a good fucking job at that.
I'm not even gonna bother discuss your remaining 'arguments' cuz it reeks of some weird ass tone and framing. "Jeremy, Ian and probably Milo too!!!" lol. You even brought up Milo, the guy who only appears to get knocked the fuck out and made an assumption that he probably did some nutting in.

I feel like people put too much emphasis on the necessity to have "relationships" before hooking up with someone. We have characters like Alison and Mike for casual relationships and characters like Holly and Ian/Lena for romantic ones for example.
Let Ian and Lena rail/get railed by someone from time to time without having to get to know their mother's maiden name or their favourite snack item first. Ian/Louise is kinda hot exactly because Louise comes across as kinda unhinged and desperate and Lena/Jack is hot because my girl allows herself to just get her brain blown out by a random hunk, I like having options to just be openly lustful too.
In that way I like that we have some variety and I don't mind getting a bit more of all these categories.

Seymour - He is always an antagoinist, even if Lena goes his route. His mayoral puppet will only allow him to keep aquiring property and raising rents, a theme that is mentioned by a number of other characters, mainly the drama with Stan/Lena/Louise. The whole thing is about what is better for a few lucky individuals or what is better for society as a whole. Seymour is JP Morgan, only less evil.
The City - Definitely Euro imo, I would even guess a fake English city. The whole property acquiring/building/monopolizing reminds me of the financial heyday of London when shady foreign backed developers built luxury apartment buildings for tax incentives and money laundering/hiding. The new buildings added value to the area and rents for current residents went up, even though most of the new buildings remained empty. This is Seymour all over.

I like having that option yeah! I like romance and casual relationships too, but allowing Lena to just go out and get picked up is something I hope to see a bit more of. The three new strangers coming to Billy's party has me hopeful that we'll get some fun sexual situations to pick between.
