Yes and No. She's narratively consistent about that fight between Robert and Ian. She chastises whomever she has the most interest in, whether that be Ian or Robert. She is also consistent in her expression that she dislikes violence to Ian and the rest of the Scooby Gang.
I agree with that. It was pretty out of character although I really fucking liked that.
I'm ngl I never played Lena having a high relationship with Axel so I can't verify that. IIRC my standard Ian gets 'chastised' as you put it when he confronts Axel.

No, this one is pretty much confirmed -- when Ian and Gillian meet and have their little talk, Ian can mention Gillian has cheated on him (instead of breaking up if she wanted to be with the other guy) and Gillian apologizes for her actions.
That's not the case anymore. In the current version of the game Gillian mentions wanting to go for a coffee together and acts just as interested also when Ian is being open about still having feelings for her, instead of only when he brushes her off.
Gillian's expression after the coffee bit is actually literal opposite of "lights the fuck up":

This. I have read some posts here how women like violence which is absurd. Two guys fighting over a girl is not sexy nor wise especially when there's a group of guys. Too many guys ended in the hospital IRL because of other dudes provocation especially when some carry knife or a gun.
Huh? My dude you are mentioning the wrong dialogue and you know it since you reacted to the comment where I mention word for word what she tells him. I'm referring to when they met at Hierophant which is where she explicitly asks him to go for a coffee.
Bro please don't make me argue semantics this late, you know damn well "sad" is just one of 4-5 string values Eva uses to switch the characters' facial expressions and each one is used to cover a range of expressions that look roughly similar and not literally single moods. The implication of being constantly neutral vs. actually having a shift in expression from "sad" to "neutral" means something clicked or changed. the "Great...!" Gillian responds with is an exclamation and is there to show a tonal and emotional shift, in other words: elation or some form of relief. She ain't gonna use some looney tunes ass eyes-out shock face to show hope/relief. And besides, a constant neutral expression does, in fact, show lack of interest.
Sorry about the confusion; I have replied to your post first and only noticed/reacted to the one with quotes and expanded my post based on that. Initially i've thought you're referring to their first encounter.
When i said Ian was acting cold, that was referring to the bit of the script i've quoted. "I should get going", "I'll keep it in mind" are pretty terse and brushing off responses to Gillian's offer, and that's what triggers her change from neutral to sad.
I don't think Gillian is at any point taking his friendship or more for granted. She states more than once she understands and regrets how deeply she has hurt and disappointed him.

You've had me reopen the game and play that convo again. I tried every option, she has the same "sad" expression throughout and only goes neutral when asking Ian to "Say hi to them for me", proposes a coffee and he brushes her off as you said. But again, that reaction is still part of the broader "I've made my peace" decision which is, if you take it at face value, extremely reasonable interaction. He wishes her happiness, tells her he understands she had her reasons and whatnot.
I feel like I'm repeating myself tbh. I understand Gillian's character is apologetic but considering their past, Eva's decision to have Gillian rock a perma-neutral expression when talking to Simp Ian vs. anxious-to-relieved expression panel with Chad Ian is there to signal a different dynamic, regardless of how often Gillian said she was sorry.
