Bitch Bokukou's NTR Knight game is basically that last premise you described. You play as a knight with 3 female companions (one of whom I believed the MC planned on marrying), and all of them get 'stolen' from you; full on hardcore mind break with zero chance of the MC getting any action (very depressing).
I'd argue the NTR here is more accurately cuckold than netorare (I view cuckold as consensual NTR, while netorare is non-consensual NTR). It's entirely up to you the player to see your buddies get some action, and it's your decision to exclude yourself/ the MC from having sex. Most netorare games don't give you any options at all.

Eeeh, I feel like it still doesn't even fall under that category. As they are just rando chicks. In this case watching them is closer to voyeurism than cuckold. I hear anyway, couldn't test it last time as the game bugged out towards the end. Other than the bugs, I sure wouldn't mind if he made another game. Was shocked he made one to begin with.
I speculate it's an exploration of new artistic avenues for BB and other Hentai Artists-turned-developers. Sure drawing your own smut can be fun, but drawing and writing the same subject material for a few years can get boring. Plus, games offer a more interactive experience with your art. Either that, or they see how profitable Porn games are kek.
Haven't played NTR Knight either as I'm admittingly not a fan of full on netorare, but rather find the fetish fascinating to explore. But I do agree with how the NTR in this game is rather weak when compared to other NTR games, and that it's more akin to voyeurism than to cuckold as you've said. The only real NTR is with the milf in yellow bikini as she's married, but wooing her is more netori (you are the bull of the situation).

IMO I find that the tits in this (and any of their other games I guess, I never saw others) just look repugnant.
Hopefully this should fix the audio issue if the patch doesn't come soon.

I remember getting similar problems with Pig Demon's Castle by Oni Kizoku when it was machine translated (think it was missing an arrow sound or some bs and the game became unplayable), so the issue might lay there.

Yup, that would be ideal, i spent some time trying to get a mob i really liked, but its always missing something.
I hope someone fix at least a bunch of the MTL, playing the game and not being able to see special moves because the MTL fucked up some parts of the game is really lame.
I remember that before the translation for Sana came out, someone did some tweaks on the MTL so the game was pretty much understandable and without major bugs.
