The game isn't complete, technically. It says straight up on the DLsite page for it that there will be additional content added to it in the future, and this includes pregnancy.

Only with the the black haired girl. Might get fixed in an update. Was browsing the game in the editor and don't know if this is close to the final release since it has switches for pregnancy for the main characters. A reason why the file is so large is since it seems they left an entire prior version of this game in the package.
