Bunch of the CG's are not actualy in the game, and I believe that those are included. The orgy woman never leaves her room because there are no other "story" beats outside of getting tall the heroines or the call-a-date pregnant.

6) once you done edit. go down and it will say download file some thing depends on what save file you using like file 1, 2, or 3
7) once it finish downloading. go to folder and go to the download next and you will see a save file that you edit
8) next drag your save file to that game and it will say something want to replace it. then say yes and it done.
9) last is to play that game and you will see what you edit.
