I don't if it triggers only at night or full day but you can only see one girl get NTR by the doctor per day then you need to wait the next day..
I went to the hospital at night only and always see the scene trigger there.

allright, i figured it out, i need to get a new game save to fix basically the entire problem. Older save have some problem with the new update.

quick question. Does anyone have the fix folder/files for the skill images for the main girls during battle?
I remember someone posted it for the previous version. Anyone have it for the new verison?
I think the problem was with some sound files names.
