This trilogy has been a enjoyable experience, cute horny girls all around, plenty of deflowerings, truly makes you feel like a modern day Sultan
My only criticism is that i was looking forward to a big family orgy to wrap things up :p.
As it is, it feels a little abrupt ending right after deflowering Moon.

The 3 girls, the mom, Nixie... maybe some invited guests.
Maybe give it a bit more of closing the trilogy feeling rather than closing "Moon's chapter".
Sounds like a nice idea for a special episode if i do say so myself ;)

But alas doesn't undermine how good the trilogy has been.

I enjoy the trilogy, but I know it was rushed due to Patreon and funding, but with the over-the-moon ending, I wish it wasn't rushed because it makes the overall Trilogy feel underappreciated.

I guess I agree it's better than getting abandoned.

It ended with sex with the moon, with slides of other women, and it was over.
wish maybe a group photo with all of them pregnant, with a sex scene with Suzi.

While I enjoyed the trilogy, why no Suzi scene? Will she get her own story? I think she deserves one. Also want to see the Penny story picked back up, I love her.
It feels like they had someone write the last 2/3rds of this game who has never played any of the rest of them before. Its like Suzi's character never existed and Moon's entire character just does a 180 after about 40 mins of internal conflict

As a whole, I liked the trilogy. Over the Moon felt extremely rushed towards the end and the fact some plotlines are still lingering sucks, such as Suzi. Moon was kind of jarring going from conflict to "Oh I'm okay with this" in the span of less than 12 hours. It seriously went from being angry at the kiss to talking with Suzi and being interrupted, to crying that night, and a morning kiss. After that it was off to the races and a victory lap. I expected Moon to be the most difficult to insert into their lifestyle and she ended up being the easiest.

I have been a huge fan of The Rose Garden Trilogy since the beginning (and a fan of Lockheart's work). I honestly did like Over the Moon, but it felt like it lost something since the Trilogy began. Plus, I also feel like it ended it bit abruptly, which felt like it was missing some key moments. Never really saw Suzi and the MC hook up. When Suzi "pinched" Moon on their first visit with each other, was that something that helped trigger Moon's genes? Why did it feel like the VARG system was abandon during the last half of the story. And I'm sure that there are others that I can think of. Overall, the ending of Over the Moon felt rushed and also felt like the developer just wanted to be done and over with it, which is a shame because it was suck a beautiful world he built. Well, at least it did get finished and the journey was beautiful! Thanks for the wonderful stories.

This is the same thing I came here wondering. It feels like the only explanation that sort of makes sense. Why would the author bother showing it otherwise? I really don't like it though. It's hugely manipulative of Suzi, which is very out of character for her, especially assuming Moon doesn't know what's happening or didn't consent to it. It just feels like a short cut the writer used to get through whole middle section of the story, where the characters are supposed to work to resolve their conflict, and just skip straight to the ending. I think this is why so many people are saying the story felt so rushed.

I'm personally hoping we eventually get another entry to actually try to tie up the story as a whole. Probably not any time soon - I know the devs are working on other games, and I get the impression they got a little burned out of this whole story universe and these characters, which is why so much of it feels a bit half-assed. I'd rather wait a few years and get a good story that the author actually wanted to write, rather than something he felt like he had to.

I feel like we really started to lose the plot here somewhere in the second game. The whole sci-fi robot angle feels so random and out of place.
Agreed. I kinda feel like the whole Suzi plotline could have very well been the basis for its own separate game. This series should have stayed focused on just the family members (and sure, maybe their friends at times).

At the beginning of MoB, they have it all set up for Bliss to have the psychology background to help Rose come to terms with her family's condition, but then just randomly decide 'oh lets have a super smart ai robot do it instead'. why do that? And then by the end of OtM, Bliss has totally abandoned her schooling and everything she's spent close to half her life on, to become a corporate strategy consultant? Just makes no sense to me.

LOL I share your grief fellow gamers. Here I was reaching the Moon deflowering scene and suddenly slapped with a collage of slides and then finish.

I'm probably one of the odd ones who prefer Moon over the its predecessors, tried Petal and Bliss a long time ago and never made it past 30 minutes. Persevered through Moon because she seemed like an emotionally complex character and was looking forward to how the dev handles her character.

Kind of a let down to see her turning into an incest nympho in the last chapter with no real ending for the trilogy either.

I have enjoyed the trilogy but, like far too many adult visual novels, the ending was ......... meh.

We've followed these characters for 3 games spanning just over 4 years and it ended on a quick slideshow.

I just think they deserved a better send off.

This game had to be 2 things, it's the Moon centered chapter so naturally Moon took center stage, but it also it had to be a trilogy closer so characters from the first 2 chapters can't go completely ignored... and this second point is where it fails, it's understandable that Petal, Bliss, Suzie, Nixie aren't the central characters, they had their time at the spotlight, now it's Moon's, but completely ignoring them and just showing them on a slide show was a step too far.

A Christmas special or something can bring this home, show them all at home, living together and end on a big orgy.

Loved the trilogy until the last part of this one. No Suzie? 1 scene with Moon? What about the show he was making? The agent that was a bitch and her threats? The sleazy replacement guy? Feels like so much was just left and they walked away from it. I mean Suzie alone could of been another 2 or 3 chapters. She wanted a baby damnit! Shouldn't we have got some kind of follow up on Penny? Loved the series until this ending. It's one of the worst endings in history of AVN's. Seriously what a let down. So much promise and like some else said...they Game of Thrones the ending.

I'm counting seven. Might have misremembering one.
Can you clarify that? Do you mean scenes that Moon is present in or scenes that Moon actually gets penetrated in? Because Moon isn't penetrated until the end of the story and either I'm missing some secret part of the VN or this is a mixup.
