It took me 3 hours and 6 times to beat her. this's how i did it: lola, delica lv 47
lola will be the main damage, equip her full damage, must have Moon Pendant, don't equip any Crystal
but Delica is the most important, equip her full denfense, equip her Flaming knight Crystal
Make sure to buy a lot of healing, SP, revives item when y still in the tournament cause the battle lasted so dawn long: 30 min
in battle, Lillaine just gonna 1 shot Lola anyway so dont care about her hp, her SP and BP are all that matter. Y have to keep Delica full hp every round, when lola down, dont care about her, heal full Delica hp first then next round revive lola. That how y survive.
Mostly Lillaine will have 1 round attack and 2 round debuff or buff, this depend on your luck.
Lola main act, attack: Flog; Meteor, buff sp, bp for herself and buff hp for Delica. use Meteor whenever y have a chance
Delica main act, use item to heal hp, defense On Guard, revive Lola, buff Lola sp, sometime use spell Seal up.
when LIllaine hp turn red, heal your team fully right away, she will stop debuff your hp and sp, instead she have a new spell (single target - take 1/2 of your full hp), chill and just do as i said

all y have to do is: first, find an app to extract 7z file, y will see the rpgsave file
then go search for your savegame folder in your game folder, y will see the file that have same name as the file y just download: file1.rpgsave
rpgsave file dont work by extract, so copy the one y download and paste on the one in your savegame folder
this will change the savegame slot 1 in your game

The route changes in the end of chapter 9 after the tournament. charachter transformation are on each endings
do the quest in the inns with liliane to unlock ending B when you get to the route change the fame will tell you to keep a save.
