alguien que me ayude, al momento que intento a abrir el juego me salen varios cuadro de dialogos con signos irreconosibles y a la hora que le doy a aceptar me abre otro cuadro donde vuelven a salir los signos y la direccion c:users\admin\downloads\v10732-oyakorankanv3\^^^^.ains^z y otras direcciones, ya intente abrir el juego con un locale emulador y cambiar la configuracion regional del sistema y no sirve de nada se me queda en una ventana en negro, me podrian ayudar

You should do all of that under japanese localization. Search for Locale Emulator in this topic

Try running it as administrator and see if that fixes it. Are you emulating your locale or are you changing it in the settings?

Is this game getting a full manual translation? or is the current one a good one, I'm sorry I'm not informed at all on this, but when a game has GPT besides the english language I get skeptical, I tried playing Tsumamigui 3 and loved the game, but dropped it eventually due to the translation. Is this one better? or pretty much the same?

Tsumamigui is pretty bad yeah with stuff like characters saying my wife and shit about someone who isnt clearly their wife but this one is definitely better, sometimes it translates he/she wrong and some other stuff but overall its much better.

Read " Installation" section on the first page. It says that you need Japanese locale - you can find it in this thread (use search)
Does anyone know how to use Japanese locale on winlator? I've tried both winlator and winlator frost with no success

Progress Saya's love route far enough to spawn an event (?) potential at the Entrance Hall during Noon 2 phase. Activate this event to force the Riverside event (Delinquent path). If Saya could not tank 6 hits going into the Riverside event it is an instant game over as she would have been raped and impregnated by Jouji (Delinquent 1). Otherwise she will survive and you can play Shinji (Delinquent 2) route as usual.
