All of this circle's stuff start out as interactive as they only release "games". I use it loosely since it's not really a game, they're all 3d visual novels basically, you click through each scene and the most interaction you have is choosing turn on the normal audio or the internal monologue audio and choosing between two costume variants. The archives are basically all the scenes spliced together.
If you want the game version you'd have to dig through and hope old torrents are seeded or hope old uploads from anime sharing on rapidgator or something are still up
