It's not Impossible to make, but it'd definitely require quite a bit of time and a few poses and animations will look pretty stiff.

Does the dialogue get better? I feel like the dialogue is so bad that its actively damaging my mind when I read it. Also no I'm not going to not read the dialogue this is an rpg.

I believe that the quality stays the same until the end (or gets slightly better as time passed between updates and feedback when the dev was still releasing content to the game). If you play with the right mindset, knowing that it bends more to a light cartoon style the dialogue should not bother much. It's more of a game with porn content than something with hours of relationship and life or death situations between characters that you care because of so much immersion that you forget which is the real world ^^"

Since the main story is completed, the dev decided to spend their time developing another game (AIDA) but they said that there will be more update(s) later, maybe to fix any bug left and/or add more content (side quests or stuff like that I guess). Hope Zem update the graphics/animations with all the experience they already got.

No the game is pretty much completed, it would be up to the artist if he wants to add more. But the game is completed and he is working on a new game. Also The_Knut already stated on him doing more later on if he chooses.
its more like on hiatus but technically completed. It's possible it could get updated in the future with more but as it is it's being considered in a completed state.
It's basically done with some potential cleanup in the future. The dev is currently working on A.I.D.A.

Yes, the game is pretty much completed. You can finish the game, beat the final boss. I am coming back to this game and release on final update, some quests, bug fixes, but the there is nothing much for me to add. Hopefully you enjoyed the gamu
