This is literally why he SHOULDN'T change, changing ideas because of peer pressure is often a bad idea, even more when the pressure comes from a minority of loud and obnoxious people that haven't even given a proper critic.
A lot of games gets abandoned once the dev stops doing what he invisioned. Critics and suggestions are welcome, but just going around demanding that the game gets changed to fit other people's tastes better is, most of the time, a death sentence for a game, specially early on.

Feedback / constructive criticism (quick playthrough):
  • auto bonus points for a dev who's into polish
  • give names (dialog box) a color
    • make it match girl's eye or hair color
    • helps recognition who is talking
    • gives personality
  • about her dick:
    • I'm on team dick (& balls) can can reduced by ~2/7 to ~1/3 or smthng
    • it's a pretty (and sweet) girl, give her a bit more pretty dick as well instead of this bat shaped monster?
      • though, cute girl with a monster dick is interesting / can be kinda hot
      • but would still tone it down a bit and/or improve the shape (as a reviewer said, looks a bit deformed?)
    • the proportion hand size <> dick seems way off when she's masturbating in her chair (hand is tiny)
    • (so) it doesn't feel like package perfect, more like package overboard to me
    • will she have a pussy?
  • mom looks like a giant, her head is too small?
    • can see that clearly when she's cooking dinner
  • technical:
    • can't comment on the animations; I'm on a (outdated & ready to be replaced) potato ATM
      • struggles big time, also e.g. on the title screen (max cpu)
    • any plans for a 1080p version?
  • nice attention for music / track selection!

Some more about her dick / futa stuff (my vision/opinion):

Don't know if you're familiar with the most popular (by weighted rating) futa protag games here, but you could have a look at those dicks. They're above average big (as futa should be I reckon), nothing too crazy though, and don't hear any complaints about those. There's also Milf Breeder by Sergde3DX, with a protag thas has a dick approximating size of Luna's (though I do like the more solid shape there a bit better). For me that's kind of the max. Did/do enjoy that game, although that one's more in the 'smutty' category for me, and I think you're aiming for a more refined VN?

But yeah, definitely promising. Make sure you shape the VN you envision and (can) stand behind, can't make everyone happy, nor should you want to. Personally, I think I'll be able to enjoy either way ;)

On the topic of her dick size, the standard length in Daz is 14.2", which is already about 3x average erect length. MC looks to be about twice that

Even if the critique comes from the majority, which I think is the case, I don't think the dev should change their vision if their goal is to do something that they would like to play and not to aim for the widest audience possible.

Personally I laugh a bit inside when people say that the characters look realistic outside of the dick. All the ladies have huge knockers. For me that is simply art style. I grew up with French and Belgium BD or comic book. Those have a wide variety of styles, much more than manga or American comics. So I value hilly the dev's self expression. The only thing I can think of that would push the dev to reduce the dick size is if they don't like how blowjobs or penetration look like. I just hope that they already made some tests for that to make sure they are happy with how the result looks like rather than be stuck with an unsatisfying render or have to redo everything else later. (My own opinion on dick size is irrelevant here.)

I don't think the gloomy attitude of the MC was overdone, and I would even go as far as to say that it's a good starting point for a main protagonist to be in. It leaves a lot of room to grow. Like I said though but in other words right now it feels like normal teenage growth and attitude and that's not really something interesting. Like I said we lack the cause for her attitude, but I would now add that something that would have helped make her headspace more acceptable for the reader in the demo is having the MC spell out what she want to do to change that. It would also help put the agency of the events that will happen in the game in her hands instead of the events just happening to her. It might just hook the reader to want more.

I think it gives the game its own unique style even though its one of those really high end graphics with alot of "Expectations" For it to be normal and close to real life style characters I personally think its really good but you make a good point about the acts like Blowjobs and such and how insane they would possibly look im trying to imagine them but i hope to god they dont turn out as i imagined :D
