I played this on steam, and it's a very NTR heavy game. I'd say yes but not 100% rape.
It's a matter of the Religious Knight thinking it's against her will, but she tends to enjoy it.
So she usually convinces herself it's rape, by some means, like being tricked or revenge sex, sometimes it is actual rape tho like the bandit at the start of the game.

alright thanks, I get the NTR factor but I hate rape and the whole "love from rape" trope in hentai.
I prefer a woman that enjoys sex. It gave me strong rape vibes since the start, like the bandit at the first scene or the sexual harrasment in the castle and the church.

It's all good, the story does stay on the corruption break- NTR route. She does break down and enjoy it but it's always a matter of her getting pushed to that stage by the partners she's with. It's pretty fast though, when she sorts of gives in, she still wants to be with the guy she loves afterwards.

But you do have to go through that break part, which often feels a bit like rape.

Pretty gamebreaking that you get stuck if you spend money and cant sleep to next day.
