Not a harem game at all, unless as dolfe57 said you consider whatever bad ending revolving around Edwin in charge of the brothel one.
As for the coming update, hopefully it comes soon in August! I have a couple of vacation days in early August, would be really great if I could play the next part then.
I truly doubt there will be a harem ending in PC, it is not the type of game for this. There might be a three/foursome possible, but that would be more "sports fracking" than relationship. In any halfway good ending with Edwin/MC in a relationship will be a normal one with a single girl, not a harem.

There's actually going to be a new update fairly soon, so if bandwidth is a concern or if you just want to play it in one big stretch, you may want to wait for that.
Hopefully this week! I have vacation this week, so a new update to play would be super!
But I fear it will be worktime again until the update is out.
