I was going to joke about PC being a 'thinking man's porn game' but I do think there is something to be said for the level of emotional intimacy you develop with the characters. It makes everything that happens to them feel a lot more personal.

IIRC it was something like 8 hours last time, which was still the fastest ever for this game. This isn't Eternum, so it's pointless to compare them like that.
