Dev Diary 91

Hello all, let's keep it short and sweet. (TD here.)
Currently, Ch4Up6 sits at a total of 554 static images, 27 animations, and 14,185 wordss.
That comes out to 97 static images, 9 animations, and 2,614 words since our last dev diary.
We are close to finishing the Mina branch we've previously mentioned (wow, she cute) and will move onto the exhibition hopefully by the middle of next week. GIL has already started prepping the assets this week, updating the lighting rigs for the many many maps we'll need for the free roam and beyond. If I say so myself, the exhibition hall has never looked better.
I'm really looking forward to what's to come. There's a lot potential for me as a writer, playing the Carnations against each other, as well as the dramatic irony to be had from the club's newest member. Should be lots and lots of fun.
For me, at least.
With that, not much else to report. I'll speak more on the exhibition and it's scope once we get into it proper, but right now we're in the keep on keeping on phase. So, as always, thank you for the support. It means everything to GIL and myself.

More numbers! Yay! TD and GIL's work translates to an average of ~49 static images, 4.5 animations and 1307 words per week since the last diary, and ~71 statics, 3.4 animations and 1805 words per week since work on Chapter 4 Update 6 began. Here are the charts for Week 8:

In keeping with the short and sweet theme, not a lot to add from me. Progress looks good, Mina is indeed cute, and I am very curious to learn where this Exhibition might be headed once we get into that content. :)

Ngl, every time they do exhibitions i almost die of boredom.
Cant wait to leave that building.
I prefer more personal lives stuff, hanging out and going other places
They need to give me a choice to burn that building down

In my eyes, it's the mixture of both that makes the game so good. One wouldn't work without the other.
Besides that I like BDSM scenes, which unfortunately only exist in the exhibitions :cool:

I somewhat agree, the exhibitions don't bore me tho, I actually really enjoy the free roam segment and everytime we get to interact with some of the house girls I have a lot of fun (throwback to that one Dalia scene in the sauna) the Carnation scenes during exhibition time never excite me too much tho, I don't have anything against BDSM but I guess I don't like it enough for it to get me going :unsure:. This might not be as big of an issue considering Mina and Hana both might get some type of scene with the MC which will surely add a more lighthearted tone to the update.

Also we can't forget Sophia will (most likely) get a scene too, which I can't wait for :love:.

Could someone help me out? I'm at the rock club in the current update, but no matter what I do, I can't get the scenes with Rosalind, Veronica, Hana or Mina. It just brings me to the Carnation Meeting, they get high and then MC checks the voicemail causing he and Ian to go to his mom's place. After that, it asks if I want to delete the videos and it ens right after. What am I doing wrong?

If you cannot find any of them, I suspect you are not doing anything wrong but did something "wrong" in the past. Depending on past choices some (or most) options may not be available.

MrBubu's walktrough (linked in OP) notes the requirements for triggering the various scenes; Taking a look should help you troubleshooting.
