I don't know, man. Hana, her bandmates, and certainly her father are all capable and likely to wreck your day if you cheat.
Oh, I will add you can do things like the Felicia and Veronica date from a platonic perspective, as friends.
Eh, sort of. Getting the invitation to Felicia's date requires you to be very non-platonic at the start, though Hana's GF path will give you an escape hatch to keep it platonic from then on.

Why only HanaGF? You can still cheat on her. But if you don't romance Mina (for whatever reason) then she appears less in the story...
Why would Mina's presence depend on whether MC has sex with her? She is friends with Felicia (and a prominent talent in Felicia's husband's agency) Hana, potentially Edwin and maybe Ian to some extent. She also potentially has Veronica as her personal trainer, and at the current end of the game she also knows Rose.
Yeah, I tried to go with the HanaGf route but backed down. It felt too fast. I hope we get another chance later down the line to choose the girlfriend option again.

While it's true we watch the story through MC's eyes it doesn't mean the presence of characters should be determined by whether they are connected to MC, and vacate the premises if MC chooses to fuck someone else. If nothing else, by being a relative outsider Mina provides perspective/role to the story the other characters lack, given they're in the thick of it.
The story is only going to last another in-game week, after the exhibition in the next update. If you feel now it's too soon, it's hardly going to be less too soon a week later.
