There is no way you failed to unlock this memory: you only have to keep on playing the game and see what happens in the morning of June 18.
I'm not sure what memory we are talking about. But if it is the memory I think, then if you have deleted the mom's videos from Edwin's computer and/or if you choose to not see the videos in a certain point of the story, then that memory will stay locked. But again I'm not sure, because I's been a while since I played the game.

Yea I just got it. I was just perplexed because the memory was before the flashback scene

The Devs of this game did a really good job of making everyone in the club look like the biggest sleazy people ever.

Unfortunately, we're probably looking at another 2-3 months before it's done. We're all just stuck here jonesing in the meantime, but the update will be worth the wait. They always are.
