most lewd scenes so far are not exclusive to either of them if that's what you mean. You can have Hana as a girlfriend... you can still cheat on her but that ain't gonna turn out good. Or just be fuckbuddies, that way you can fuck around with everyone pretty much, including Mina. So yeah, so far you can have your cake and eat it too.

not much yet, you have some additional dialogues and changes in others, but there wasn't really a dedicated bigger GF exclusive scene yet (either lewd or romantic like)... which kinda bummes me out a bit actually. But there are plans to introduce her as the girlfriend officially to MC's mom on Sunday iirc, that will be def. an exclusive scene on the GF route.
