It's pretty well hidden! Basically, it's during the Rose HJ you get from being on her full deal path and skipping the Veronica date in 4.3. It's the option where she cleans Edwin's cum off the floor with her tongue. To have that option, you need to have ordered her to send you lewd photos before exhibition 2. It's labeled "Fullest Deal."

That animation is only a very brief capstone to the scene. Just Edwin's usual trauma flashbang of his mom getting railed that I love inserting everywhere. Probably not worth the time hunting down unless you're really curious.

For me, Vicky and Felicia are the two most complex and important characters in this game.

I'm guessing she's messaging Edwin , she seems very sad here, which is normal, considering this is probably in the morning of exhibition day and she's not looking forward to whatever she'll have to do later at night, I also have the feeling she will have some kind of emotional breakdown very soon, during last exhibition she already had that scene where you could hug her in the shower because she was emotionally distraught, I don't know to what extent will she break, but out of the 3 Carnations she'll for sure end up crying before any of the others.

The Edwin-Veronica relationship has come a long way in the story, and I know some people might not care about her or might even want to see her suffer, but I'll make sure Edwin is there to comfort the best redhead when she's at her lowest

Considering the text next to the image is: "Just felt like it." I'd imagine Veronica just messaged Edwin and that's her answer to the MC asking what she's messaging him for; during the Felicia date she also calls you at one point just to talk and kill some time, so this wouldn't be the first time Ronnie has done this.

Also, at least to me, she left the impression that she's over her ex-wife at this point but who knows.
