If you're on the fence about it, however, I will say that I find this game quite palatable despite a strong distaste for humiliation which normally torpedoes corruption games for me. I think the key aspect which makes Pale Carnations work for me is that trying to minimize the exploitation of the girls is (at least thus far) an entirely legitimate goal for the MC - even if it may ultimately be a quixotic one. To me, there's a world of difference between enduring an unpleasant scenario in the hope of a brighter tomorrow, and enduring it because the game thinks that's the only way a woman would get kinky.

It's been 5 years and a month since the release of prologue for this game, there are 4 weeks till the end of last exhibition and I'd guess after that for epilogues I'd say at least take half a week worth of content, there's more chances that it'd take more content then that so I could be wrong but no less than that. So that makes the total number of days to the games end to be around 31.5 days.

On average TD has been delivering 4 days an year because there are 20 days released so far in 5 years, 20/5=4.

So to complete the game with this pace He'd need 4 (in-game days) ×9 years= 32 (approx days in the complete game).
So yeah the approx number is somewhere around 4 years minus a few months because the 21st day is already approx halfway done.

I don't think discussing how long this visual novel will take to complete is helpful for anyone—it only sets expectations for readers when so much can change, and it may make the writer overly time-conscious, potentially adding unnecessary pressure. It's not like you can't enjoy it before it's finished.

Is there a way to play with one girl where sharing won't be used? Or will this scenario happen anyway and there is no way to avoid it? Does it manifest as a scene with multiple men, or women?

Currently any "share" content with Mina and Hana has been avoidable. Mina has had more "share" scenes than Hana but you as the player has control over it.

And so far the only "share" content with Hana is a scene from her past during never have I ever or at the end of the last update where you get mina and her on a path with the Mc and Mina kisses Hana before Hana tells her they will discuss it. Mina can have a lesbian scene or a threesome that happen like a week after her break up and when she isn't technically in a relationship with MC so not too big a deal. She starts out with a boyfriend but I don't think you actually see anything with him. Like not even a kiss but I could be misremembering.

So I doubt they will up and decide to force content with those two on you later on. To me it looks like you will be able to be pretty exclusive with one of them (well the MC won't be) or possibly in a thruple with the 2 but unknown how that will turn out.

The carnations are essentially whores though so avoid falling for them and you should be fine. Though if you are like me, you might end up falling for Felicia anyways. But they are pretty open about what might happen with them during the exhibition so it's not like they are hiding it.


Honestly I would say give it a try. You are introduced to the exhibitions early on so if it is not your thing you can always quit but at the same time if you just treat it like a job for MC and just focus on supporting the carnations, it can be a fun experience. At least for me. Hana and Mina are enough for me and I haven't had anything forced on me with them. Treating the carnations as friends has been enough for me too, though I guess there could be something there after the month is over lol Obviously some might not agree with me but it is one of my favs, you might think the same.

Yeah I am pretty vanilla so the exhibition isn't exactly my cup of tea but that just allows me to relate to the MC. I am not really a closeted sadist but I understand trying to grapple with being a "good" person or letting loose. Giving into his desires or trying to support "friends". Pleasing the bosses or helping the carnations. Juggling the job and friendships adds a nice dynamic to the story.

Eh more mentally. Obviously you can't skip their club content (though you can avoid their paths outside the club I think). I just meant avoid seeing them as Love Interests.

I just knew going in that they were "whoring" themselves out for one reason or another and we were shown what that might entail so I just kind of chose to see them more as friends lol I'm not saying it will be easy, I mean I did say I started to fall for felicia. That art exbibit and romantic night was just too damn much for me. However, if you see them as just another prostitute, you might be able to avoid falling for them.

That is me though, if you can't avoid developing feelings then yeah I could see how you wouldn't want to continue the AVN since with the 3 carnations, club related crap is unavoidable. It is hard to say what will happen when the game isn't done yet. I believe that with 2 of the characters, you will be able to avoid any content that you dislike. Mina and Hana are not prostitutes so they don't partake in the club activities, Hana works there but is not one of the working girls. Mina has bi curious points that you can get and she will bring up trying things with women, but you can avoid getting those points or just not push her towards doing that. And as for right now in game, you can go with a mostly exclusive relationship with Hana, the one not being exclusive is the MC due to his work at the club.

But yes, 3 of the carnations ( girls that partake in the exhibition ) will have unavoidable content. The only share content involves one of the girls and your friend but it is optional atm (if you don't count girl on girl as sharing which some don't). However, there are 2 events left for that that I know of and God knows what they will include. So they might be a bit much for a vanilla enjoyer.

I mean things are pretty much just going to be repeated at this point so all I can suggest is maybe giving it a try for yourself when the translation drops. I personally am a vanilla enjoyer. I dislike how NTR, sharing, and cucking (not saying the game has it just that I understand) make me feel so I avoid that crap and I get where you are coming from but I was able to still enjoy this game going down Mina and Hana's path, while trying to help the carnations. So you might too, but you can always stop playing if it is too much. And maybe use the walkthrough if you are really concerned.

And well the description says that you can leave the club behind for romance so maybe there is a way to convince the girls to stop this tomfoolery before anything really bad happens but that's just speculation.

If there is an opportunity to follow the script of Hana or Mina, who are currently not the "studs" of the club, then maybe I will try to play and see what the game is like, playing out a scenario that protects these girls from the influence of other people as much as possible. I kind of want to wait and see how things progress before I decide to commit to Felicia but Her Mina and Hana are my favs for their own reasons. Though Andrea is up there now lol I liked Felicia's character pretty early on but that art exhibit and romantic evening kind of made me fall hard for her lol It was great. I could be way off but it's nice kind of reintroducing love into her life, also kind of gives off like Aladdin and a "whole new world" vibes... at least that is what I think of, well with more sex I guess.

I'm with you. I am still hoping for happy endings possible for each LI -- but I don't think there's any possible way this ends well for everyone. No matter who wins, there are absolutely some people who will lose.
