Oh yes, because it doesn't make sense for the developer of this game to make you build all these connections with the girls just to send them to get gangbanged in the end. That's why I asked if it was definite, because if it was, I was out.
Who knows, maybe they do. The loser of the first event definitely has something involving a group of guys happen to her lol

I'll be straight with you, if you want vanilla you got the wrong game, bro.

With talk of last exhibition, my big brain theory that might be a little out there and wrong is Romance/Passion theme. I think it will be about building a connection and showing true passion and love on the stage. I could be completely wrong and that is ok, but that is my current guess.

To be completely honest, I hope that something like that doesn't happen, but I am expecting it nonetheless (maybe it's just the pessimist in me). It's all in TD1900's hands, as he is the writer. Of course, I'm not saying he should change his plans or listen to anyone but himself, because the game is great as it is, and I have faith that the ending will not disappoint.

Just as there's no point in playing through the game while reading the narrative ahead on the forum. Asking ahead of time what to expect from the game is one thing, but what's happening now is the first time I've seen it. Seriously? I guess it's none of my business :WeSmart:

Honestly, the fact that the exhibitions put them in that vulnerable position where your ability to help them is limited is what makes the plot great. It tugs at your empathy, because while you can choose to just not give a shit and prioritize the MC's problems, by allowing yourself to care, you show kindness towards that vulnerability, and it builds that connection. It isn't a sweet love story, but that's the cruelty of the situation at hand. Hell, the most tame one is Hana, and even she is in a position where she realizes how powerless she is to control everything for the better without great sacrifices.

Either during the Interview with her, or a slightly further in convo, she mentions that her sex life with her husband is barely there, because Elias either cheats on her with his secretary all the time, or any other woman he's mingling with, and "occasionally bends [her] over the counter and fucks [her] when he's horny."
Thanks, I guess i should play it again some day soon, I don't remember a lot of little details like that.

Eyyy, finally someone shares my opinion about this scene :Kappa:
I'm actually kinda with you there myself, it's one of those things I'd cut if we ever remastered that part of the game. Sure she's kinda begrudging about it, with Ian lording the club thing as a far, but in light of how close her relationship with Mina is characterized in later parts of the game it doesn't feel like "her" when I read it now.

Yeah, I feel pretty much the same regarding the scene. Now that I remember, I think we discussed this briefly before xD

Anyways it's just like you said it comes off as odd in retrospect if you take into account how close Felicia and Mina are portrayed later in the story and I doubt Felicia (as portrayed later) would risk hurting Mina like that over pretty much nothing since I find it hard to believe she would think Ian has the power to prevent her for audiotioning for The Club if you take the scene in isolation it's ok considering Felicia stops it before it gets too wild.

Didn't know the MC was married, nor does that excuse fucking your best friend's boyfriend in the other room. Both are worth criticism, if I might say. But maybe that's just me.
It's not just you, but this isn't a normal marriage, it's basically a job for her to be his wife. A contractual arrangement, as it were. It's not matrimonial bliss.

I also didn't fuck Felicia in that scene, and I am not even fuckbuddies with Mina at that point, as I was all-in with Hana (though I wish I had gotten the threesome path with Mina and Hana, I couldn't resist my sweet goth rockergirl).

I did fuck Felicia in other scenes, as well as the other carnations, but that's work.

By the way, if our job includes performing sex acts on Carnations, we are the whores, right? The carnations are not being paid, they're basically in a sexual gameshow. They are fucking and doing other sick shit for a prize. Sexual Survivor or whatever. Ian and the MC are the whores, who's job it is to do what's required.

I forget where it is, but Edwin does get that epiphany of "(Wait. Does that mean I'm just a discount Carnation?)" when it came to how he'd probably have to act on stage to help entertain the guests.

Not to sound like a broken fucking record, but if you're playing this game and fucking more than one girl, and who isn't, then you're a slut, too. Why criticize a woman for something you're willing to do yourself?

And Mina might not be a slut yet, but she sure wants to be.
Not sure why you included me in that, I wasn't being critical of anyone.

I guess I know who's winning this Carnation thing without even continuing. Hard to beat a slut like this one lol.
The player gets a fair bit of influence on who wins each round of the competiton. So if Felicia wins, that's to some extent on you. ;)

It's not the MC who is married. He is a single medical student. But Felicia is, definitely.

There are at least a few people here who assume this will happen, but there is absolutely no confirmation of this in the game nor from the developers (so far). It is mentioned, as others have said, that the previous year's competition involved such an event, but there's no reason to assume it will necessarily happen again.

Hey, man, this is not a typical waifu romance game. I don't think anyone, Carnation or not, is safe from what these wonderful perv devs can do to them. Judging by the three owners of the club and their as bad associates, the coup undercurrents, some of the more awful staff and guests, shit can get real. Why you wouldn't think the sexual decadence of the past exhibitions wouldn't recur or be exceeded seems an almost delusional daydream. They have to give their guests a show, or why would they still keep coming? Spectacles only get more so. This is definitely not a game for someone that can't deal with extreme shit happening to LIs.

Probably because there are new variables in the equation this time: Kathleen, who is ready for a major loss, Abel Van Doren and his hints that something might happen at the club, as well as the fact that Edwin might use his "harmlessness" (how others see him) for his own purposes, Elias's appearance at the next exhibition and perhaps most importantly - Edwin's very presence this time.

Personally, I am not under any illusion that this time everything might go differently than in previous shows. But at the same time, thinking that everything will definitely repeat itself is also stupid. I think many people want current summer exhibition to develop in the same old footsteps and that is normal. It's not normal to think only that our actions can't somehow influence this. The development of events can go in different ways depending on our actions.

In any case, whatever happens in the game, I will accept it and won't turn into another troll who creates dozens of new accounts and spills his nonsense on the forum :ROFLMAO: This is the creation of TD and GIL, they have the right to do what they want and I won't stop respecting them, although I don't exclude the possibility that I may be disappointed. Still, I understand what thread I am in and it will be only my problem if everything doesn't go as I would like.

Kathleen has hinted at making moves to have more control over the club by pushing Hana to partial ownership and replacing August, then having Hana relent that to Kathleen so she has higher influence. She's also been super forward with getting Edwin and Hana together because if she can control Edwin, she can indirectly influence Hana's decisions as well because Hana starts falling in love with him.

All 3 co-owners have shown their hand on wanting to groom a successor to replace them since they're getting old and can't manage the club forever. August sees it as a fine opportunity to pass it on to his estranged daughter that he's trying to reconnect with, Chuck wants to help Ian replace him but seems to be okay with Edwin doing so as well, and Kathleen sees Edwin as a kindred spirit and someone who can take over the Exhibitions when she finally leaves.
