From my experience, incest plots tend to have horrible buildup. It's always "Omg I'm so horny because my son has a 20 inch dick and I'm sexually frustrated so I have to fuck him" (?) the lead-up scenes are awkward as hell and just terrible writing. No visual novel I've read has made me feel like incest has added anything meaningful to the relationship, even if some handle it better than others, most just end up using the the same clichés.
They could write about a younger character falling in love with an older woman and actually go in depth on how that whole relationship could go, but no, it's always the same cliche bullshit scenes.
