Seems to me many of the responders did not delve very deep into this demo. No there is little game play however there is more to the game than the MC's transformation which is currently just breast enhancement. There is also a male Salvatore AKA Sally, who is a transgender male to female. The female Dr. Mel has discovered that the drug being tested has the ability to enhance the body, leaving room for far more than just futa transformation. People really need to check out these games before making assumptions or criticizems. Since it is a BC game it will probably be more than just a simple transformation game, since Ocultus is not just a simple Vampyre game.

There isn't enough to make any assumptions or criticism which is why I said i'd hold off and keep an eye on it.

Most TF stuff I don't mind but full on gender switch isn't something i'm interested in. Good female protag games are few and far between so to have that switched out would be a downer so i'd rather keep an eye on what does happen rather than get into something that could possibly put me off down the line.

I can have some immersion playing a female protag and that would be taken away with a full on gender switch so until I know the extent of the transforms i'll be on the side lines with my pom poms cheering it on.

To answer some of your questions:
Futa = Yes, but optional and avoidable.
Choices = Soon™ This is basically just the introduction at this point.
Gender Switching = Yes, it's Sal's storyline as she will eventually become a full woman (then you'll be able to decide if she becomes a bimbo or not) and the main character will be able to switch to male but that will be up to the player, you'll just miss out on some extra sex scenes and won't be needed for the main story (basically any main character transforms are not permanent and exist for just some extra lewd content).
Lesbian = This will be mostly a lesbian game, but there will be futa, gender-swapping and some straight sex in there.
Bugs = Download attachment and shove it in your game folder, although not much point as the bug only occurs after you've seen all the content anyway.
Content = Yeah, there isn't much, been developing this game alongside my other game so I've had to split time between the two. But after next month I'll have finished the last of the main story content for Occultus so I can devote more time to this game.
Tits in pic 4 = Yes they weren't natural, kind of the point.
Waiting = A good idea, still very early in development, there will be a lot more to do after a few updates. I'd recommend having another look when I hit version 0.2.

If this is sandbox, how will you go about having a hint system or providing an update, so people won't die of boredom searching for new content?

Not directed specifically at your game, more like my worry with sandbox style games in general.
I find them an incredible bore and waste of time, if it's just endless repetition and grind and you have to search for new content.

There is a journal in the top right corner. It'll tell you what to do next (not sure how direct people want me to be though, going with vague hints atm) and if it says there is no more stuff to do you can safely quit the game without missing a thing.

I don't like grind either, the plan is that tasks that require a certain level of energy, mood or money requirement will only need one action to meet the requirement. Like if you need money, you'll only ever need to do one shift at work, need mood? have one wank, need energy? drink a coffee or nap and you're good.

I can't tell if you're using the same models or have upgraded from Occultus, but they definitely seem to look smoother and more detailed. I wasn't the biggest fan of the MC's cock model in Occultus, will you be using the same one for Panacea?

No, it's all upgraded. Haven't gone shopping for a new cock model yet, but the one I will get will certainly be better looking than the one I used for Occultus.

That sounds great. Occultus is one of my favourites (great scene in the new update btw), so I'll check this out once it has more content.
