here is my unofficial android port of Panacea v0.53.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Does anyone else get the error now that the game just rushes forward without being able to interact with it? Doesnt matter if i load an old save or start a new game

Usually I'm not a big fan of the whole sandbox concept, but this game is way too good to miss out on because of it.
So screw that, you'll always know what to do anyway.
Finally a game where all dick related actions are completely avoidable (at least I didn't witness any while playing) without relaying on the utopian scenario in which all men are simply extinct, plus it has tons of kinky stuff going on and again it lets you choose what you actually want to see and what not (watersports for example, as it is for sure not everyone's cup of tea).
And last but not least that stepsister; damn girl...
