These kind of polls always piss me off since the game would be better by having all of these options but we're supposed to support a dev that can't even bother asking the public what they would most like instead of paywalling basic choices everyone should be able to make?
They might even get more supporters if there are more options and more people had a voice

Personally I think the only interesting one won. The rest is awful.
Agree with that. Options don't have to be completely different paths to be interesting and make a lot more people happy.

Well let's look at it as if you were a restaurant selling hamburgers. You have the people inside paying you and saying the food is good but could use some more ketchup/mustard etc. They are asking for more but they are inside and paying you.
Then you have the people outside with their noses pressed against the windows, they are saying looks good but they think the burgers look fine as is or could use some mayo on top. If it has some of this or some of that I MIGHT go in and buy one.
As the owner who do you listen to, the people already inside with their wallets open or the random strangers outside? Ideally you would want them all but realistically the people with their money out will get priority.
Read the comments on the website. Some large subscribers also wanted Ellie to get pregnant, so the developer created a poll on patreon. And the fact that you do not respect the opinion of the majority of those who voted is your problem.
