so.... do people have any tips for this?
I managed to do first area and first boss easy without any trouble. But the moment I get into the second area with the amazons, the game seems to get A LOT tougher, to the point where I feel like battles depend more on luck than anything.... Especially the battles against the enemies with lust counter... Also what exactly does one loose when using casual mode?
Also... how do containers for food work? How do you use them and how do you eat the food you made? Purely logically I would think one has to eat the cooked food to get an empty container... But I am always told that I have no more containers. And somehow there is no cooked food in my inventory?
you can do the first area with the basic skillset you start with, the 2nd area assumes that you have some crossdress clothing (at the very least the bra's to protect your nipples a little since just the air messes up your nipples in the jungle), also it assumes you have bought some skill gems either through the gacha gamble or through trade (trade is ludicrously expensive for the really good gems that you need at the very least the 15 damage one to beat certain fights)
my advice would be to
a) crossdress, some gear has some nice set bonuses and they can somehow be upgraded to give stat boosts
b) buy skill gems, the ones you start with are relatively straight forward rubbish and some fights seem to have been made to counter the double swing on purpose
my recommendation is to get the 15 dmg swing gem from gacha list 1 and the druid regeneration stat boost one from gacha list 3, buying these will take ridiculous time to farm so you might want to consider doing the blowjob prostitution by asking ymir if they know of any way to make extra cash then doing the handjob prostitution until you unlock the blowjob one (this obviously is not ideal for pure gawain run so do take that into consideration)
the game does not want you to treat it like a regular RPG so flatout grinding for levels is pretty dumb and ineffective you get levels best by beating bosses as supposed to only reason to really fight the mini minions is to get materials and pittance worth of currency, if you want to do a puritan run i suggest you do game overs until you can rack up some of the red gems in the game over room so your future runs will be easier, this will once again take a lot of time to do
if you decide to go for grind here's my tips
prostitution: ymir can pimp you out for some easy gacha rolls, this will mess up gawain into giving him futa cock fetish if you go for blowjobs or anal sensitivity if you go for sex prostitution, but since you are not planning on winning on that run you might as well do the buttstuff to gather gacha money faster and then just roll those like hell
healing skill gems: the druid regeneration + stat boost gem is invaluable, i recommend getting that to make fights a lot easier, there are some other good healing skill gems so check the trade screen for 1-3 list skill gems that can give you healing and judge for yourself which of them are worth it, there is a skill gem that heals 10 hp and only costs 2 action points to use, downside is long cooldown but that can be a life saver in bossfights
damage skill gems: there is one skill gem that is almost a must have for pandora bossfight that being the 15 damage 10 action point 8000 costing skill gem, that is one of the few skill gems that packs enough punch to one shot the athena shield and if you can't one shot it you will just lose a war of attrition vs pandora in the base fight, the rest damage skill gems are pretty much up for you to pick and choose on what combo's you like
utility skill gems: these include stuff like the druid regeneration skill gem which give you passive stuff that help you weather damage, avoid it completely or give you more dmg etc, most of the time the best way to use these is in tandem with your other abilities to maximize your damage and to give you some abilities to survive
the combat system may seem like a normal rpg on the outside but think of it more like a card game with mana, your skill gems are your cards and you need to make combo stuff on the harder boss fights to stand a chance, you may be able to beat hiei with a slapped together deck but beating pandora with a haphazard deck is going to be near impossible, once you figure out what kind of deck you want the next part is getting enough currency / gacha money to buy those, trying to farm for those in regular run is going to be complete pain in the ass so consider gacha gamble, selling a single skill gem back gives you 40 currency, the fancier gems can net you up to 2000 or maybe more when you sell them to ymir so gacha gamble is not a waste even if you get skill gems that you don't want to use, problem with that is finding gacha currency without developing gawains weaknesses too much which makes pure runs hard
for a relatively easy run consider sucking futa dick in prostitution through ymir dialogue until you can pump enough gacha gamble to get the 15 dmg gem and druid gem, sell excess gems to get enough money for ninja suit sold in the amazon village (don't forget to pay for them..) (set bonus allows you to climb some vines and to access vents which allows you to bypass some harder fights), make your skill gem deck balanced between heal, dmg and utility gems and try out what combos work for your playstyle, beat hiei with good skill gems and then infiltrate pandora's farm through the vents (you may have to bum rush indoors if you don't want to do mini quests, just avoid fighting anything and escape into the vents while wearing full ninja armor (yes this means mask and hair too), battle pandora and kick her butt (or if your deck sucks too hard get beaten by her and take the training route ending for some after game points and sink those into the red gems), congratulations you won basic hero ending! (got your ass kicked by pandora and became her bitch, better luck next run after you have enough red gems unlocked in game over room), in the training route you can find the key in the room where the patrolling guard spawns in and the sword behind the black boulder thing (you have to push this boulder by going to the right side screen next to it and then coming back and immediately starting to push the boulder to the left, as soon as the boulder is pushed run towards it and down before the patrol notices you), go south until you find the sword and then go back to save sagramosa or whatever the blonde guys name was (his location is revealed by the big mouthed patrons in the bar / casino / stripper area)
