Because if you think about it, you do have to ask yourself if the brain swaps/turns male too, because why would the female now turned male even be suddenly interested in other females in the first place, because technically speaking if their entire physical form gets turned male; dick, brain and all then they as a person would just disappear, you feel? I get that forcing logic onto genderswap porn stories is insane in the first place but you could also use that to play with the concept a bit and make it more refreshing.
And yeah there are games where you can play females and are then exclusively limited to males because they couldn't be bothered to make lesbian scenes, or they circumvent in by making you a futa or giving you a strap-on, kinda ruins the whole lesbian vibe thing although I'm not too heavily focused on lesbians, so at least for me its not too much of a problem.
