Not sure if anyone can help but I'm stuck at the moment. I'm Rank 4 with the Aces and I recently caught their second commander, however, I can't seem to trigger the Rank 2 Missions for Drift Punks or the Outsiders along with their respective agents. Am I Missing a trigger to start them?

you can chat with Kim at the bar, she will said several lines about her fetish and how horny she is. In the end you will bang her once, take a picture for the album and that's it. after that all you can do is ask Kim to show her boobs, nothing else

It did work, however I had to use " emergencyCrimeSpree = 0 " instead of "1", thanks!

Yeah that's causing the problem. I downloaded your save file. Try this:

1. Save your game in a new slot
2. Open the dev console by pressing Shift+O
3. Type in:

HQLiberated = 3

4. Press enter and then ESC the dev menu. Then visit the HQ and assault.
That should hopefully fix it.

I wrote an update about this on Patreon. Short story is that I've lost contact with my animators and now looking for a new one. I believe I have found one who's currently hard at work and collaborating with my artist. More info soon.

I think re-starting might be best for now. Remember that you can skip through dialogue you already had by pressing the TAB button. This should help speed up getting back to your last point. If you come across a similar problem on your new playthrough, please let me know.

As far as I can tell, the same kind of problem occurs with all the sex scenes being with the dildo scenes.
At one point though, I am able to get one frame of Sam's sex scene, but after that I still run into the same problem.

Hopefully this can help someone narrow down the problem.
