Move the hand over the lumbar area of her back, a sound is heard when you move in the correct area.
Those squares are the area you activate by moving your hand over them.
By the way this image is from the new version of the game, so maybe it is different from the one you have, but the activation areas are the same.

All good, but I'm not going to lie, my economic situation is not the best right now, so I have to make production of what gives me money, and I have had to reduce the time I dedicate to the game since it is only a hobby and it doesn't generate any income for me.
