It's already in the game, it's rudimentary, but it works, at least at the beginning, it's not complete... Go to the menu, item, Quest log, there you will find some books that will give you small clues of what to do.

For example, I remember there was that hot milf south of where Sam lives, you know, the one who likes sunbathing outside. I've always wondered how much content she has so I checked what she was doing everyday until I saw the same dialogue and stuff popping up... I'm not sure I've seen all her content tho. And that's the thing, I can never know if I've seen all the stuff there is for a character. It seems like you can go back and do stuff you've missed before tho (which is good of course) but it often leads to continuity being broken (like the hospital incident I've mentioned earlier for example).

Well it is what it is, and it is what I have managed to do, many times I have made it clear that this game is not nearly perfect. Don't get me wrong, I love this game. It can just be a little inconvenient to find everything the game has to offer. Every game, no matter how great, still has room to grow, right? I discovered a fatal error, that prevents to do the event of the meeting with Ophelia at the end of the update, you need to replace this map in the "data" folder.

When you go to the Jensen's house it should have been activated by touching the gate of the house, but I programmed it wrong, this fixes it, only if you haven't touched the gate yet.
Just touch the gate, you will see the dialogue that tells you that the content with the Jensen is not finished yet, wait until evening and go to Roy's bar, now the event should work fine.

I've cobbled together a (spoiler-free) combined islands map with numbered and indexed locations to help me navigate this game while remaining sane. I've only included names/locations that are listed on the in-game PC map function, nothing more.

how do you get lillian to talk to you again and also what to do after you go get groceries with sam?

The grassy cave, I'm not sure which one you are referring to, but most caves are accessible on the southeast side of Virgin Island, which is Island 1. (you need to have a knife to enter)
Hello people I have been playing and the game is very fun but I have reached the part where you go in the jeep with the cousins but when I get to the granpa's house I can't find a way to get out of the jeep do you know what could be happening?

It makes perfect sense, since the game uses an outdated version of the rpg maker mv engine.hf shit that worked

I'm getting a bug now in the hospital after the desert island section. I speak with the voodoo woman in the swamp and I get a line of text that says MC makes it back to the hospital at dawn, then its nothing but a black screen. This hadn't occurred in previous updates for me.

It is not an error in the programming of the game, but rather in your computer, the information has not been processed. The info is there, for some external reason the engine does not read it.
And as you can see a few sentences later the command is repeated, this should return the screen to normal.
