Seem to be stucked in Jane massage, day 450 and nothing advances for anyone. Done the massage event some 20 plus times
I suggest posting your most recent save for Alcahest to look at. Also, did you check the mall? Sometimes a necessary purchase sneaks in on you.

Last major (final) update was almost two years ago, so unless I'm very bored or for some reason think it may be a bug no one has discovered in two years, I feel about done checking saves on this game to tell people what to do to continue. Usually, I just play the green events I see and one of them is the one needed to continue.
Anyone else wanting to help people find the way to continue, feel free to check out this or future saves posted. My focus now is on The Monastery.

You need to progress Kyra(combination game), follow the green events with Kyra. The game even tells you that you need to do something else before giving your mom another pill.
Please keep focusing on The Monastery.

It doesnt work, thats the problem, done 2 weeks of Kyra but theres no option to change anything. The bathroom is always dom and it says i must leave her alone.

running on an old windows computer. The game plays perfect and all media populates, but if I click save or load, the game crashes every time. Any ideas?
Maybe this (from Troubleshooting in the OP):
* If you can't load saves and can't switch fullscreen off/on: This problem can occur if you use a custom refresh rate on your monitor. If so, setting the monitor to default refresh rate should solve the problem.

Yeah but it says fan made.. I just would like to have the original content.. I am confused..
I think it’s a Patreon TOS thing, since all of the media is real porn and therefore violates copyright. If it makes you feel better, the media pack is, um, “fan made.” (In case the username of the “fan” who posted it didn’t make it obvious enough.)
No audio for me and I cannot acces the cheats because i am not a patreon. What is the cheat code?
I finally figured it out. There is a separate x32 file I needed to unpack in the folder. Fixed all issues.
this is easily the best real porn game on this site and it’s not close.
