Money is on no, especially if you tried to code it out. This was probably done on purpose. There are a number of moments that act as barriers so you cant progress too far with one character without getting a certain length with another, most likely to keep immersion. So I'm going to guess you're trying this because you want to beeline it with a certain character, in which case I wouldn't focus on time management so much (especially since you cant really miss anything) and just make sure to talk to everyone and visit the mall for items

Is there a way I can make the game progress way faster? I used the cheat to make it 'very fast' but maybe if we can edit some files the progression could be made to more rapid?
