It's called Chicken because I used it for save scrumming(those women got mad at me at times) and the autosave couldn't help me out of the situation either.

Keep focusing on Kyra. You will get a scene with her boyfriend in the evening that will let you continue.

I got everything with all characters but Julia, for some reason it's stuck with only one green event that always give the same screen with no progression. I'm at 89% progression with her, 99% with kylie, and 100% with everyone else

It's a bug. You can use the fixed save. Then play the Julia early evening event and you should be able to use the pill on her.

Focus on Kylie, was able to get a new event with her in 3 days time. Small tip if you'r stuck go to the map screen, the one with the shop, office etc. On the left you will see if there are any scenes you need to see if you want to progress.
If there is nothing their just skip time.
