cheers but im finding it hard to have the patience to read all the boring narrative. i spend most of my time skipping dialogue. what could be said in 2 or 3 sentences takes 20 back and forth and its wore me down. ive just finished another game that was fun and got to the point. games like the headmaster i dont skip at all. but this game is too much mindless waffle. imho. Its about understanding the girl and what she likes, but also what she's into.
For example, asking Jenny anything about cooking will always do well with her, likewise asking Gabby about Engineering works.
There's no hard list, but take your time and learn about each girl
Yeah, nice to see a script that doesn't need a proofreader.I really like the art so far, and the script has been written by someone who actually speaks English. But the pacing starts to suffer real soon. The discovery of the resort dumps a boatload of characters on you before you learn anything about the Italian girl that has a dude's name other than a bunch of stereotypes.
Normally it is, but in Italy, Andrea is a masculine name. Seeing as PL's Andrea is Italian, its a little odd. But not a game breaker.Andre is the dude version, as is Andrew, Andreas, and Andie, Andrea is typically a woman's. It can also be short for Alexandra.
Interesting, always fun to learn new things, never heard that one before, but I don't know many Italians. XD I knew a lot of women with that name, but never a guy. But then, I also met guys named Shannon, and that surprised me the first time.Normally it is, but in Italy, Andrea is a masculine name. Seeing as PL's Andrea is Italian, its a little odd. Yeah, Andrea is usually a woman's name, but in Italy, it's a man's name. In fact, it was Benito Mussolini's middle name (yay for obscure history facts.)Interesting, always fun to learn new things, never heard that one before, but I don't know many Italians. Maybe some of her ancestors were from Bulgaria and she was named for one of them... XD
The ocean view lounge in the resort. Not the beach at the resort. In the resort.Hi! "Find the place to assemble the hookah" - can't figure out where this place may be. Any advice plz?
Thanks a lot!The ocean view lounge in the resort. Not the beach at the resort. In the resort.
There's a short thread on the game's Steam boards that says they're going to relegate pregnancy content to the endgame, if anything, since there isn't a doctor on the island.will pregnancy be a thing? also are we like the only guy in the island?
May God have mercy on that poor woman should she have to deliver Karen's Demonspawn...Clearly, the answer here is that the next women they introduce should be bisexual obstetricians.
meh, people have been doing fine(ish) for millennia without. all you need isThere's a short thread on the game's Steam boards that says they're going to relegate pregnancy content to the endgame, if anything, since there isn't a doctor on the island.
It's weird that they draw that kind of line when you can fill up almost every woman in the game like a hot water bottle, but I suppose I see their overall point.

Sure, its the second most natural thing in the world, but also consider the fact that at the moment, the cast are trapped on a (near) deserted island, with no-one possessing medical training, medical supplies and other necessities. Not to mention the giant freaking lizard roaming around, the masturbating Japanese WWII veteran and who knows what else is hidden deeper on the island. Yeah, its not exactly a prime location for raising kids.meh, people have been doing fine(ish) for millennia without. all you need is
hot water, towels

The only way Karen successfully carries a child to term is if she's in a coma for at least the last six months of the pregnancy. Her diet's probably got her fallopian tubes knotted up like a highway exchange.May God have mercy on that poor woman should she have to deliver Karen's Demonspawn...
If that's what they're going for, my bet is that Tori is the only one who knows about it, and her suspicious amnesia is a scam. It's a point in your theory's favor that the MC even says that amnesia's not supposed to work like that. I have my doubts that's the twist, though, if only because the rest of the game is so self-aware.is still have the sneaking suspicion this is all a setup and in reality, some survival TV show only that the MC doesn't know.
how else can a woman show up all fine after month. with a convenient amnesia story yea sure.
This does not exist for me. Which folder do i put it in then?Savegame folder
Savegame Paths:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/FlexibleMedia/Paradise Lust
It exists, definitely. Just open explorer, Ctrl+L, then paste that into the address bar. %USERPROFILE% is just a variable for wherever your user data folder is (usually c:\users\[your username]). By default it's hidden, but you can turn that off in explorer settings. This does not exist for me. Which folder do i put it in then?
Regarding Tori's memory loss, traumatic events have been known to cause the brain to shutdown short term memory as a coping mechanism. You see it more in victims of conflict or as part of PTSD. Usually the lost memories will come back on their own or through talking through the events. If that's what they're going for, my bet is that Tori is the only one who knows about it, and her suspicious amnesia is a scam. It's more of an interesting thought exercise than anything else. Like I said, I don't actually think that this is where the story's going, since PL is one of the most weirdly sincere porn games on the planet. And the idea that its all an elaborately staged stunt for a survival, yeah, I can't see it. Its one of those scenarios where, sure, the initial set-up might work (the storm, the wreck, the mysterious resort), but after that, they are too many variables that make the whole thing dangerous, even for reality tv.
Being a Lost parody, I just hope we don't learn they are all dead already. As for the models looking so good after some time on sea, are they though? Olga looks like she's healing from sunburns, Jenny (okay, not a model) seems on the verge of freaking out being any body of water deeper than a pool. But seriously, look up people who have been lost at sea or in survival situations, the human body can do a lot of crazy shit to keep itself going.
