Let me ask you this one thing. Why does this "harem crowd" think that their tag is worth more than any others? Can you imagine if there was a "fem dom crowd" that goes around and claims that games involving their tag should be written in this or that way? That is what you guys are doing, saying that games with harem tag needs to be a certain way.
You know the way the tag system works on this site. It's not even ultimately up to the dev. It's an inclusive system where any instance of a thing will get a tag if it exists in a game. Believe it or not, not everybody writes with such narrow views of what a harem game should be. In fact, many games can get the harem tag without the dev even intending it to be a typical harem game. There might be a harem eventually, but the dev might not have any interest in censoring themselves to follow this strict code that harem stories must be a safe space or something.
Basically, the very notion that the "harem crowd" does not appreciate their tag being sullied by other shady tags is such a self centered and narcissistic world view.

I was offering advice on IF they were writing a harem story and ways to make the vn more accessible to that crowd at the time it seemed that was the demographic the dev was aiming at. You make it seem as if I was DEMANDING it be changed. Come on now. I might of been a bit snarky with my joke at the end but it was honest advice to what seemed like a first time dev to make the story more accessible. In most stories, making certain sex scenes avoidable changes little of the story overall and potentially opens up more people as potential players. So small change for big reward. Not saying "YOU MUST TAKE THIS OUT OR YOU ARE THE WORST" just "Hey, this would be better if this part were avoidable so more people could enjoy this who might not like this part here."
As for narrowing the scope of a story, if you add another dude that's not a harem anymore, that's a poly relationship.
Which, no shame on poly relationships, good for them, just not something I am interested in and not something I see have a lot of push for in adult VN's on here. Most people seem to want either all the girls to themselves or want to cuck/be cucked. Which is weird considering how diverse human sexuality can be, but that's outside the scope of the forum or this game.
So yeah, I'm just offering advice to reach more fans on this forum. Not facepalming any advice not along the same lines or telling others their ideas for the game sucks so if you're looking for a fight, look elsewhere.
