After you get that thing for Dros at the Tower and agree to enter a relationship with Sister Divine, you go to the tower and night, the guard lets you in, and you get your first sex scene with her. You can then visit her from then on at night.
I've visited many times, but have never actually gotten her pregnant. Either I've just been unlucky and haven't triggered it, or we can't actually knock her up yet.

Afaik you can't get any other woman preggo right now. Plus it doesn't block other routes, yet.
Oh and welcome to team big belly.
Too soon to tell, as Adara's storyline is still in progress, and the demorai girl has only been encounted once so far, but my gu feeling is that I don't think it will. Adara seems understanding if you come clean to her about having a lover in the scouts, and we don't even know if the demoari even practice monogamy.

What an interesting game. Ran into a weird bug though where my party for some fights is just my level 1 versions of my parasite forms, but they are duplicated, and I can't switch them out again? I think it happened after I tried selecting my team but didn't confirm my setup, then reset the team again with a confirmation.
Can anyone tell me how much content does the game have? As I wanted to play this game but since it is a RenPy game with only over 1 GB in size, I am not confident if there is enough content to try it.
