0.9 was adding to the Elly route (so not the harem one with Ada), you can check the change logs to see what route a update adds too. The patch adds the incest and I think Ada the scenes.

Ada scenes are obtained through harem route... All other routes, won't let you play with Ada...

In the unpatched game, starting a new game has some exposition about how kids have to be put in with other families. In the patched game, starting a new game jumps straight to the date with Emily (after putting in your name).
