I'm guessing why on porn sites they don't have the loli tag, is because loli content is illegal, or they're making it to be at least, so it's best to avoid such tags or you might be forced to delete your videos (if you're lucky enough to get away that easy).
She's very child like physically, she's very short, body looks under developed, all characteristics of a loli. I'm not disputing whether her figure would pass for a legal teen, just saying that she is a loli, that's all. =)
On porn sites, each video or picture can be traced back to an actress who is documented as being eighteen years of age. There's no such "proof" for an animated character. The programmer may say they are 18, but then their appearance and personality might go against that.
And I heard that in Canada 3D loli content would pass as child pornography, which naturally is illegal, not sure if true but that's what I heard.

Lol, sorry, that was worded poorly. I mean that porn companies have to check whether or not their actresses are 18+, so hopefully nothing on porn sites is underage and illegal.
