Day seven save says harem on the save and i do not remember, though Elly was not part of the room scene with Ada and Sofi and Ada's boy friend. I just checked and yeah he used his penis on Ada in the massage room. Weird though the save says harem.

That auto-naming of saves capability is either buggy or just a convenience, I feel. That is, from my experience replaying the game a number of times to check out the effects of different choices on certain paths,
auto-naming of saves is not 100% accurate and tends to either represent what I previously typed in or what it determines (by some unknown criteria) the current path might be. When I was re-doing most of my TFO path saves recently, many of them it tried to label as "Harem," for example - that might be what you just described experiencing.
I would recommend you naming each save point manually: sometimes it will auto-name correctly and sometimes it won't. This is especially true for the Harem and TFO paths, perhaps because they have a number of shared scenes.
In my case, I have separated blocks of saves for each path I have played, going back to the Walkthrough in each case to ensure each path's checkpoints are being selected correctly (as opposed to what I initially tried without the Walkthrough). So, my Harem saves start at page 1 of the saves, the TFO block of saves starts at page 10, Elly's path starts at page 20 and Emily's path starts at page 30. In each case, I went back and ensured my choices met with the Walkthrough for that path, labelling each save manually instead of trusting the auto-naming (which again, was hit or miss for me).
