Daz3D is kind of awful for it, and I've only seen one game do it somewhat well, that being Dark Neighborhood.

I was hoping the harem route would make everyone happy but Emily didn't look very happy at the end.

It did but it might just be a store bought emotion that's as close as luxee could get to extremely confused and upset. She might not even need "turning around" to the idea and might just need that final push to get fully on board. She's going to be a grandmother which seems like a thing that'd make her happy, plus she didn't seem to upset about MC and his sister(s).

I don't think Luxee would leave her in the dust, seeing as she's the catalyst of all of this to start with. I do wish they'd trust her a bit more than they do though, she does seem like she's being taken advantage of.

I've met various Muslim men with multiple wives. The situation varies with the individuals, so multiple wives is obviously beyond the capability of at least some men. The main thing Muslim men stress is that the husband has to be "fair" with all of his wives or he isn't allowed to marry more than one. Whatever you give to one wife, you have to provide the others, as well. (That doesn't necessarily apply to children as that is out of your hands.)

Okay, that update did seem to be pretty short, not bad but I did it expect to have a few more scenes.

In terms of story, yeah agree with many others, girls seem to try to do everything to make their mother upset, by forcing change too fast.
And I don't like it. Emily has been sweet and loving for the whole game, she doesn't deserve to get treated like that by her daughters.
I really expected the MC to speak up about it and reign the two girls in a bit.

That's honestly not how I envisioned the harem route to play out, so far Emily really seems to get the short end of the stick in any route, excluding her solo one.
Always left alone and painted as the bad guy and now her daughters act like they WANT to hurt her feelings on purpose.
