you can get her to move in with you at the end.

Instead of Play Along, choose Change the Subject. She'll move with the family at the end.

You could try to start from scratch.

This harem ending walthrough mod, i'm reading here that there's 2 harem endings, 1 with sofi and 1 without, which one does the mod guide you to or is it both and there's a single switch choice at some point in the game?

I don't know how mod handles it, but in game there is single choice that decides it.
Play along (no Sofi in harem)/Change a subject (Sofi in harem). It takes place when Sofi show up at your doorstep.

New question, this game has an annoying quirk, every time i ant to save it asks for a name/description for the save, i am extremely used to "right-click, left-click left-click" saving in Renpy games and having to grab the keyboard every time just to hit ENTER is getting on my nerves since i save quite frequently. Any way to disable this 'feature' in the game files?

I don't think you can disable that unfortunately.
