It looks there is no gallery atm, so you have to visit the girls for every scene (or put them all together in club 33 for the club scenes).

Where are you putting the code in? You need to click the cube on the desk in your office, and it has (AFAIK) to be typed exactly like it's posted in the thread

Wait until you see a red exclamation mark appear over it. You should have an event where Grumpy shows up and complains about the explosions. After that, head to the Villain's Pub
