Angelica probably isnt bugged, unless you already married here and did all her dates.
IIRC Mary is the 4th one you tutor in college.

It's an extension of the original, so all the original stuff is still there, this just opens up events after the original left off.

The Carmen storyline was fantastic, really enjoyed the additions to the original game, hope to see more content soon!

After you buy the villa, you have to wait a few days and you will receive a card from her office.

Once I got over 600 reputation selling drugs no longer makes any money. Went from 5,000 to 0. Not sure how else to make money since selling slaves and protection racket give less than 500.

Also I had 705 funds before the end of the day and after I only have 1090 when I should have much higher. I am too lazy to do the exact math but the college and club cover all my expenses so I should gain around 900 but I only gained about half that. Something is fucky with the funds in the game.
