We know about this error, there's a C++ redistributable that should be installed by the installer and isn't. We'll add it to the next release. meanwhile you can add it yourself.
It's probably the 32 bit version for your OS on this page:

the animation style is phenomenal really hope this project goes somewhere.
I'm sure it will, the second the dev responded back to my feedback as saying that they added things in based on my feedback I knew this would be a good game. Any dev that is willing to take criticism and use it to improve the game is a win in my book.
Some random thoughts:
1) Charis, maybe also without killing her husband but instead cuckolding him
2) Incest between Fasti and her brother, maybe featuring them in a peepshow, just for the humilation. No idea if that was a thing in ancient Rome though...
3) Content with Inka, but not the same as with Fasti. I'd think that she'd sooner kill herself than become a prostitute (although she did arrive at the slave market without major injuries). Maybe she needs a more cooperative path, not leading to prostitution but something else. Maybe she'd be a good guard? She mentions being a shieldmaiden, so presumably she knows how to fight...

Content with the sister is on its way, but it will be the slowest arriving. There are many conditions that have to all be met for the first menu options to even begin to show up. Not the least of which is that there is *no* way that a decent Roman matron will even consider incest without her partner being very, very powerful and influential... someone capable of protecting her from scandal and death

We think that the path for Inka will be both fun and funny. She comes from a culture that practices slavery, just not for women of her class. She'd have to somehow get used to the idea

One other thing: I do think a cheat menu for money and skills / stats would be welcome.
I guess that you probably won't like this idea (most devs don't), but I do think it would help some players without having to resort to console commands.

I've tried very hard to strike a decent balance between grind and cake. You can force any girl to do anything if you max the mini-game, but you don't have to. You can train any skill up to a decent level for a moderate cost, but you don't have to. You can rely on the chances of the RNG if you don't want to do either... but you don't have to. So really, I don't think there's a need for skill cheating.
As to money, there's no need. You will never run out. Zenobarbus will always lend you more if you keep your reputation up, and he doesn't even ask that of you if you make him your partner. You (later) can also assassinate him if you're willing to go down that road.
Longer term though, my bet would be that someone does a cheat/crack and a walkthrough to turn the entire thing into cake. Patronus is not like the Summertime Saga or Something Unlimited model of do this, then do this, then do this ... and you unlock things. It's also not the model of mega-grinding like SuperPowered. I don't like grindy games, but I do like games that require a bit of investment - as long as that investment is rewarded. I don't like 'do this, then do this' follow the path games because you can get 100% completion on every play through. Where is the replay value?
Later in the game you will try to enlist a patron to your cause. There is more than one patron, and they have very different personalities and different quests and goals. You can't have more than one, so you will want to play the game multiple times to get different experiences. For example, one patron is rather similar to a corrupt and violent mafia style 'godfather'. He makes a perfect match for being partners with Zeno. However, there's a very different patron who won't even talk to you if you're partners with Zeno.
There's more than one path to deal with seducing your sister if you try to do that. One method is subtle, one is very stupid, and one is violent. The choice you make regarding that path will impact the entire rest of the game if you decide to take it.
My point is.... why cheat if doing so robs you of the surprises and nuances of the game? Most games make you cheat to get to the sex scenes. Patronus has taken a different path. The sex scenes are easy to unlock even in the beginning.

Excellent game and I am looking forward for the next versions. However can I make some observations, that I think would improve greatly the game. It would fantastic if ou could implemente it step by step 
1 - We should always see the progress of slave variables: taboo, nudity body, all of them to control slave progress
2 - We should also see the inlicito, sensitivo variables, mainly because I like to control the progressation of my character
3 - Even if I have high variables, it seems it not assured I have sucess. We should know, when there´s an event, a % of sucess (slave training, rethoric, etc)
4 - We should have the possibility to improve the bordello with carpets, furniture, you name it, and we can buy these itens in the market. Also some high quality closes for the whores
5 - We could hire some men to work as spies, like a spy net and get all kind of information
6 - Later we could provide some whores specific for some clients with some fetishes
7 - We could hire some chefs to provide some exotic foods and drinks to the bordello
8 - We should have the possibility to make orgies and to invite clients and therefore increase the bordello reputation
7 - The possibility each week to reduce our debt
8 - The possibilty to buy a horse, or slave transportation to decrease time travel between provinces
9 - The possibility of pregnancy…
I have a few more ideas, but these 9 would be great.

I want to know This version v3.0.3 include sex scenes right? blowjob, rubbing etc.. just like the image dvemail sharing.. Because its weird Fasti told me to "if you find my brother i'll put your thing in my mouth" etc but she does nothing... i'll do everything wait, increase her mood, train her to masterful but can't see her status anymore because i have a another problem its a annoying text problem other people have a same problem too. it says "An exception has occurred" in the bottom so many game codes or something.. anyway Can someone explain this scenes please? it is my main problem.
