Connie scene appears to be bugged, even I can't get her full scene, it stops after tying the apron. Indian chick's scene is not worth it, you can kiss her and lift her dress to squeeze her ass, before you can go any further you get interrupted (scripted).
Use the Walkthrough Mod in the OP.

I believe you have to have made certain choices on day one to get the full Connie experience. EDIT: I'm told this is not the case, you can get the full thing regardless of what you chose on day one. You have to agree to fix her sink and say the right things to her to get the full scene (one where you help her with her sink).

The doorway at the middle right handside of the lab, will lead to Polly and she will get you set up, it's a bit hard to spot though.

Just adding a visual to your post, finding things in this game is a pain, click, hunt, click, hover color needs updating, not fun.

Keep selecting randomly, you need to fail on the first work day. On the second day Polly tells you a way to Auto Calibrate.

I do like some thicc women even have played a few CHAIXAS games, but these models are sadly just not doing it for me.☹

I really like Chaixas' games but felt a few chars, Diane in particular, looked far too young. These look proper older!
