If I recall correctly only an Alpha Bat can make the eggs not crystalize, so MC couldn't have them hatch if he did things himself no matter how badly he wanted to. (Provided we don't get some super-fertility blessing in the future.)
Only the Alpha Bat Creature male can fertilise the eggs so no, MC cannot have babies with the bat breeder.

Erevie hates those beasts so she'd never allow several of them in the tower and they don't have any real combat power to offer her any benefits for Nergals army.
Plus as long as those eggs are comeing as crystals they are very useful to us.
Here's the thing. So far all of the children we have are with humanoid beings with human level intelligence (can talk, use tools, have communities, families ect...) the only exception to that are Venomina's giant spiders but she explained that they are telepathic & actualy smart so they serve her command. The thing with baby Bat creatures is that there basically semi-inteligent animals.... they probably wont obey the breeder because there ONLY hierarchy is Alpha makes babies, everyone else just f****.
Maybe there's a solution in alchemy to increase their intelligence. I wouldn't mind to have a child with quests.
That's pretty much how you will have children with the vampires though... also sounds like a lot of trouble for no real payout... what would a group of semi intelligent werebeasts add to the game?
Once the Villagers tell you about the weird shit just speak with Victoria & she give you the quest like the mayor would if you are now mayor.
Agreed I dont see them adding to the story or Erevi letting them inhabit the Tower without good reason. The Bat Breeder is just a resource farm. Also why would you want to breed a bunch of runty bat-things lol.

There was talk for additional children once the Nanny character was included... so most likely that's what you have found
nanny is what one of the mods realy realy wants, and so yes the setup maybe already there but not comfirmed one is coming to the game.Tinkerer did like the idea for it
At minimum he said that the second room on the second floor will be converted into a second bedroom for children, along with another monster character being introduced to the game.... which might or not become said Nanny from what I recall
dont think a monstergirl will be added to the mayormansion itself, but a rumored monstergirl could been the cowgirl that is be hinted add, but the future will tell us .
