she visits you in the afternoon. the fastest way is to work 6-8 hours in the smithy then return to your house and go upstairs. she should be there, if not try another afternoon

but the gaming mehanic allows the player to name the kid.... and by the time she gives birth, she might be dominated by the MC

while it potentially does there is no thing that forces a rule... plus even when she admitied that she was in love with the player (or his cock atleast) she still calls and treats him like a toy.
On another note if the mayor is still alive she couldn't let the player name the kid as the illusion is it's not his... nameing someone else kid isn't really considered "normal".
So the only option to name the kid by one of it's true parents is to name it herself... and imagine the player would be forced to find a nice name for ALL of his offsprings... that can get a hassle quiet soon... and the number of potential mothers is still growing

It could also be taken as that's what he will call them. after all technically Victoria's god will name the kid. it will be the chosen one after all, thus its fate is predetermined. while until the mayer kicks the bucket we cant name his wifes kid only sugjest a name.

Immagine this. the MC is in the temple after a long quest, victoria goes into labour; the mayor calls a healer from the temple, Caleah is called but asks MC to help her, Victoria sees something between the 2 and gets a bit jealous and to mess with her toy, she aks him for name suggestions while her husband is watching.

I get the feeling you are mixing up the characters... so far the player is only the chosen of Nergal- which makes Everie and his child related to a god
Ziva/the witch is also connected to a divine but the player wasn't announced a chosen by her yet...nor do they have a child.
Considering, that the temple in the south was deserted and negleted for several years/decades and the hamlet lacking any church they might not be religious at all, hencefor the only need for Victoria to interact with the temple is indeed in hope of calling for a skilled healer.

hunger ? man, that's too bad.. i hate this mechanic, that's why i don't play video games such as day z or any other survival type game. i already dealing that kind of stuff IRL, i don't need to be bothered about stuff like that in a game..

She will be in a chair in the bedroom, not on the first floor. Just keep going up and down the stairs, when it's between afternoon and night and you will eventually see her sprite near the bed. Go over to her and the event starts.
